Fishing has always been part of our family history and there has been a fishing boat in the family for many, many years! My father owns a trawler based in Port Seton and fishes mainly in the Firth of Forth catching Langoustine and a small amount of other species. Langoustines caught in Port Seton are taken to a packing factory and sent by air all over mainland Europe on a daily basis. My customers feel that they are very lucky and know that they could not get local produce any fresher !.

I go to the fish market in Newhaven (Edinburgh) Tuesday to Saturday any buy all kinds of fish which are then taken back to Port Seton for filleting and packing. My premises have just been totally upgraded and renewed and fully comply with all enviromental health regulations.

 Neptunes Larder makes free home deliveries in East Lothian, Edinburgh and surrounding areas together with a small amount of wholesale deliveries (hotels/restaurants/golf clubs etc).
